§1. Information Collection And Use

While using our Service, we may ask customer to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify customer. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, customer email address, name, phone number, postal address (“Personal Information”).

1. We may also collect information that customer browser sends whenever customer visit our Service (“Log Data”). 1. Teamdeck sp. z o.o. uses remarketing services to advertise on third party web sites to customer after customer visited our Service. We, and our third party vendors, use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on customer past visits to our Service.

1. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

2. These third parties have access to customer Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use customer Personal Information to contact customer with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to customer. 3. Customer consent to this Privacy Policy followed by customer submission of such information represents customer agreement to that transfer and customer consent.

1. Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If customer clicks on a third party link, customer will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise customer to review the Privacy Policy of every site customer visits.

2. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

§12. Children’s Privacy

1. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).
