2023: A Year of Significant Enhancements

In our continuous effort to enhance Teamdeck.io and provide you with the most efficient and user-friendly experience, we made several critical updates in 2023:

Automatically sync your Teamdeck:
Bookings and vacations can now be sent as events to Google Calendar for visibility without needing to log in to the app.
Revamped Report Templates:
We’ve updated our report features and templates, including Team Utilization and Revenue Forecast, to offer more insightful analytics
Expanded API Capabilities:
Our public API grew to encompass operations on users, timesheets, and projects, empowering you with greater flexibility and control.
Timesheet approval:
Designed to enhance control and accuracy in project management. This update allows for precise management of timesheet entries, granting the ability to accept or reject time entries for each project.
Organizational Unit Access:
To bolster your organization’s operational efficiency and enhance visibility, define how managers access and interact with essential components.
Miscellaneous Changes:
Booking multi-select, Time spread, Report metrics visual properties, Calendar, and Settings UX improvements.

Our 2024 Roadmap and Pricing Update

As we move into 2024, our roadmap is packed with ambitious plans to redefine what’s possible with Teamdeck.io. These include integration enhancements, security upgrades, and significant improvements to the user experience.

After introspection and user feedback, we recognize the need to revise our pricing to align with the enriched capabilities and added value Teamdeck now provides. This decision wasn’t made lightly but is essential for offering a high-quality, comprehensive solution that meets your evolving needs.

With pricing changes, we are bringing onboard new product naming & tiers that we offer:

Light Member:

The Light Member seat is designated by a manager or owner within an organization. This role is specifically tailored for easy and light resource scheduling, timesheet management, and vacation planning— those tasks are directly overseen by a manager. Key functionalities include:

Resource Scheduling:
Managers can allocate resources effectively, ensuring that every project has the necessary personnel.
Timesheet Management:
Timesheets are filled out by managers, providing accurate records of billable hours versus hours spent on non-billable internal projects.
Vacation Planning:
Managers can add vacation times, aiding in the planning of team availability.
Comprehensive Reporting:
All data entered, from resource utilization to budget monitoring, is readily accessible for in-depth reporting. This feature allows managers to assess project profitability, track the balance between billable and non-billable hours, and monitor overall team efficiency
No Direct Access:
Light Members do not have access to the Teamdeck application or its mobile counterpart.

 

Full Member:

The Full Member seat transforms any organization with its rich features, designed for the nuanced needs of project management, team collaboration, and resource optimization.
