Time off (herein: Absence) report template is most often used by HR & operations teams who need to keep track of vacation allowances.
Time off taken
This chart visualizes the time off taken by your team members (in proportion to each other). You can also display different vacation reasons here and look for patterns: sick leaves, for instances, may well be occurring more often in specific periods of the year.
It’s a simple chart ordered by the number of days off taken by particular people over a specific time period.
People and vacations allowance
This is the heart of the absence report, a table that allows you to keep track of current vacation allowance of your team members. All you need to do is to enter their overall yearly or monthly allowance (depending on the period you want to analyze). You can simply type in these values in the vacation allowance column, like you would in a spreadsheet. The number of remaining vacation days will be calculated and updated automatically.
Absence report template, like all reports in Teamdeck, is customizable. You can add tables and charts, change the names of the columns or adjust calculations to better fit your company’s policies.
