If you want to close your Teamdeck account, email our team. We will guide you through verification and confirmation.

    Send a message to contact@teamdeck.io with the subject line: Account Removal Request – [Your Username].

    Share your registered full name, registered email address, and optionally why you are leaving so we can improve the product.

    Verify your identity

    Attach a scanned government-issued ID or another document that confirms you own the account. This protects you from unauthorized removal requests.

    Send and await confirmation

    We review removal requests promptly and reply by email when the process starts.

    Confirm removal

    Follow any final steps in our reply to complete deletion. This double-check keeps the request intentional.
