Du l\u00e4gger ner enormt mycket tid p\u00e5 att redigera\/avsluta\/kontrollera uppgifter som andra personer f\u00f6rmodligen \u00e4r perfekt utrustade f\u00f6r att slutf\u00f6ra. Det \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt att b\u00e5de utf\u00f6ra dina projektledaruppgifter och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra alla andras uppgifter samtidigt. Kanske \u00e4r de nya i teamet och f\u00f6rst\u00e5r inte riktigt sina arbetsuppgifter eller projektets komplexitet? Dessa medarbetare kan verkligen ha nytta av att du aktivt \u00f6vervakar deras arbete under en tid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att detaljstyrning b\u00f6r vara en kortsiktig l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r att den ens ska vara tilln\u00e4rmelsevis effektiv.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r undviker du detaljstyrning i ditt projekt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Helst vill du inte detaljstyra ditt team. Samtidigt vill du som projektledare se till att uppgifterna blir gjorda och att projektet g\u00e5r i r\u00e4tt riktning. Enligt v\u00e5r mening kan du uppn\u00e5 b\u00e5da m\u00e5len om du uppm\u00e4rksammar tv\u00e5 viktiga delar av lyckliga och produktiva projektteam:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/sv\/lycka-i-teamet\/transparens-i-projektet\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">transparens i projektet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> och medarbetarnas synlighet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Transparens i team och projekt <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kan eliminera ditt behov av att kontrollera dina teammedlemmar. Hur d\u00e5? N\u00e4r du uppmuntrar till \u00f6ppen kommunikation och ser till att medarbetarna f\u00f6rst\u00e5r sina uppgifter beh\u00f6ver du inte \u00f6vervaka dem s\u00e5 noga. Om det uppst\u00e5r n\u00e5gra problem kommer de att ber\u00e4tta det f\u00f6r dig och ni kan l\u00f6sa dem tillsammans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det kan dock vara s\u00e5 att dina medarbetare inte ens ser att vissa korrigerande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder beh\u00f6ver vidtas. De kanske till exempel arbetar med sina uppgifter utan att inse att den faktiska tid de l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 dessa uppdrag skiljer sig allt mer fr\u00e5n deras uppskattningar. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got som \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att uppt\u00e4cka i det dagliga arbetet, men som \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att se n\u00e4r man tittar p\u00e5 helheten. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r det \u00e4r f\u00f6rdelaktigt att ha <\/span><b>synlighet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> till ditt teams arbetsbelastning, tidrapporter och tillg\u00e4nglighet. Hur kan man uppn\u00e5 detta utan att kr\u00e4va frekventa statusrapporter?
