Att prioritera uppgifter \u00e4r oundvikligt, men du kan antingen g\u00f6ra det p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt eller riskera att orsaka f\u00f6rseningar eller resurskonflikter.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vad menas med att prioritera arbetsuppgifter?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>K\u00e4nner du till uttrycket \"det viktigaste f\u00f6rst\"?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tro det eller ej, men den f\u00f6rklarar processen med att g\u00f6ra prioriteringar p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du m\u00e5ste identifiera de \"f\u00f6rsta\" sakerna: de viktigaste uppgifterna, de mest angel\u00e4gna aktiviteterna att g\u00f6ra etc. och sedan slutf\u00f6ra dem som f\u00f6rsta \u00e5tg\u00e4rd.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det enda du beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ra \u00e4r att best\u00e4mma vilken uppgift som \u00e4r viktigast. Det kan k\u00e4nnas som att det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare sagt \u00e4n gjort. Men i sj\u00e4lva verket kan du anv\u00e4nda dig av de tekniker som beskrivs nedan och fatta det beslutet med tillf\u00f6rsikt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Innan du b\u00f6rjar prioritera uppgifter...<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">...se till att du har full insyn i vad som faktiskt beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ras f\u00f6r att kunna leverera ett visst projekt. Det \u00e4r absolut n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att definiera och kontrollera projektets omfattning, s\u00e5 mycket att vi till och med har \u00e4gnat ett helt blogginl\u00e4gg \u00e5t <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/sv\/projektledning\/effektiv-hantering-av-projektomfattning\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hantering av projektomfattning<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e4r du har samlat in projektkraven och godk\u00e4nt omfattningen med olika intressenter kan du skriva ner alla uppgifter som beh\u00f6ver utf\u00f6ras. Denna information kommer att vara till stor nytta n\u00e4r ni b\u00f6rjar arbeta med projektschemat och ordningen p\u00e5 uppgifterna.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hur prioriterar man uppgifter? De mest popul\u00e4ra strategierna f\u00f6r att prioritera<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det kan vara enkelt att skilja en h\u00f6gprioriterad uppgift fr\u00e5n en som n\u00e4stan inte alls \u00e4r viktig. Att rangordna uppgifter med liknande prioriteringsniv\u00e5 kan dock visa sig vara en betydligt st\u00f6rre utmaning. \u00c4nd\u00e5 m\u00e5ste du f\u00f6resl\u00e5 en viss ordning om du vill att projektuppgifterna ska bli gjorda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lyckligtvis finns det flera tekniker som g\u00f6r att du som projektledare framg\u00e5ngsrikt kan prioritera ditt arbete. L\u00e5t oss g\u00e5 igenom n\u00e5gra av dessa, en efter en.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Eisenhower-matrisen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det \u00e4r en av de mest popul\u00e4ra strategierna f\u00f6r att v\u00e4lja ut de viktigaste aktiviteterna att fokusera p\u00e5. Allt du beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ra \u00e4r att dela in alla uppgifter i fyra grupper beroende p\u00e5 hur viktiga och br\u00e5dskande de \u00e4r:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Br\u00e5dskande och viktigt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inte br\u00e5dskande och viktig<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Br\u00e5dskande och inte viktigt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inte br\u00e5dskande och inte viktigt.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det r\u00e4cker med att titta p\u00e5 din Eisenhower-matris f\u00f6r att se vilka uppgifter du ska ta itu med f\u00f6rst (br\u00e5dskande och viktiga) och vilka du ska fokusera p\u00e5 senare (inte br\u00e5dskande och viktiga).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hur \u00e4r det med de andra tv\u00e5 grupperna? Grupp 3 kan i regel delegeras och grupp 4 best\u00e5r av uppgifter som du enkelt kan stryka fr\u00e5n din att-g\u00f6ra-lista.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det ser lite annorlunda ut i projektinst\u00e4llningarna, d\u00e4r du inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis har m\u00f6jlighet att delegera eller eliminera arbetsuppgifter. Men \u00e4ven om du bara vet att en viss uppgift inte \u00e4r kritiskt viktig kan det hj\u00e4lpa dig att hitta en plats f\u00f6r den i projektgruppens schema.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>MoSCoW-metoden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den h\u00e4r metoden kr\u00e4ver \u00e5terigen att du grupperar dina potentiella uppgifter. Du kommer att anv\u00e4nda kategorier som \u00e4r relaterade till hur n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig en viss uppgift \u00e4r i projektet..:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e5ste ha<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Borde ha<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kunde ha<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kommer inte att ha<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det \u00e4r en anv\u00e4ndbar teknik f\u00f6r att prioritera uppgifter, men den kan vara \u00e4nnu mer f\u00f6rdelaktig som en del av processen f\u00f6r att hantera omfattningen. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt b\u00f6r du kunna skilja p\u00e5 k\u00e4rnarbetet och det som inte \u00e4r det.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00e4nk om de inte blir gjorda?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kan ocks\u00e5 prova ett motsatt tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att bed\u00f6ma v\u00e4rdet som kan uppn\u00e5s: fundera p\u00e5 vad som h\u00e4nder om ditt team inte levererar en viss uppgift.  F\u00f6r det mesta kommer du att kunna hitta saker som helt enkelt m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ras, annars kommer projektet inte att lyckas. Dessa \u00e4r dina h\u00f6gprioriterade uppgifter.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Reflektera \u00f6ver hur du k\u00e4nner inf\u00f6r dessa uppgifter<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e4r du prioriterar projektuppgifter, f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att vara medveten om hur du k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r dem personligen. Du kanske frestas att ge n\u00e5got l\u00e5g prioritet f\u00f6r att du helt enkelt inte ser fram emot att arbeta med det. Ditt team kanske ocks\u00e5 skjuter upp uppgifter som \u00e4r viktiga men inte s\u00e4rskilt sp\u00e4nnande. Som projektledare m\u00e5ste du ta h\u00e4nsyn till deras k\u00e4nslor och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar, men ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6ra en objektiv bed\u00f6mning av uppgifterna.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gl\u00f6m inte bort beroenden och begr\u00e4nsningar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oavsett vilken av dessa tekniker du v\u00e4ljer att anv\u00e4nda ska du vara uppm\u00e4rksam p\u00e5 uppgifter som har andra beroenden. Du kanske har uppgifter som \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g att slutf\u00f6ras och som andra saker \u00e4r beroende av. Prioritera dem i enlighet med detta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detsamma g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r projektbegr\u00e4nsningar (t.ex. resursbrist). Om du f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar dig att n\u00e5gon av dina uppgifter kommer att p\u00e5verkas av dessa begr\u00e4nsningar n\u00e5gonstans under projektets tidslinje, kanske du vill schemal\u00e4gga dem n\u00e4r det \u00e4r mer sannolikt att de kommer att utf\u00f6ras (t.ex. nu).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Prioritera som en grupp<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ditt team kan vara till stor hj\u00e4lp n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att prioritera olika projektuppgifter. Du kan kolla in det <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/team-playbook\/plays\/prioritize-tasks-how-to\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">h\u00e4r<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prioritering av projektuppgifter: omfamna f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar \u00e4r oundvikliga inom projektledning.  Det g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven prioriteringar - de kan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras. En bra id\u00e9 \u00e4r att regelbundet se \u00f6ver din prioriterade lista \u00f6ver arbetsuppgifter och utv\u00e4rdera om den h\u00e4r ordningen fortfarande \u00e4r l\u00e4mplig. Kom ih\u00e5g att kommunicera med ditt team n\u00e4r n\u00e5got f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras: de beh\u00f6ver f\u00e5 veta att det har skett en omprioritering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En sak till: \u00e4ven om du b\u00f6r vara beredd p\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar betyder det inte att du bara ska acceptera dem utan att st\u00e4lla n\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor. Det \u00e4r ditt jobb att unders\u00f6ka orsakerna till alla st\u00f6rre projektf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Varf\u00f6r ska du g\u00f6ra det?
