De<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmi.org\/learning\/thought-leadership\/pulse\/pulse-of-the-profession-2019\"> 2019 \u00e5rs rapport publicerad av Project Management Institute<\/a> antyder att svaret p\u00e5 den fr\u00e5gan kan hittas under akronymen PMTQ.
