Om det inte finns n\u00e5gon som kan utf\u00f6ra en uppgift blir det ofta PM som f\u00e5r g\u00f6ra det.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projektledare kan k\u00e4nna sig manade att hoppa in och hj\u00e4lpa till med produktionsuppgifter. Pressen ligger p\u00e5 dem eftersom det \u00e4r de som ska kommunicera projektets resultat till intressenterna.
