Stora f\u00f6retag har stora budgetar och en l\u00e5ng lista med krav, s\u00e5 verktyg f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja processer f\u00f6r kunskapshantering \u00e4r ofta ganska dyra och omfattande. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saken \u00e4r dock den att \u00e4ven mindre f\u00f6retag skulle kunna dra nytta av kunskapshantering. De f\u00f6rlorar mycket pengar p\u00e5 d\u00e5lig kunskapsdelning, informationssilos eller p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra samma misstag flera g\u00e5nger. Det bygger p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 kritiska aktiviteter: (1) insamling och dokumentation av individuell explicit och tyst kunskap, och (2) spridning av denna inom organisationen.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enligt denna definition baseras en optimal kunskapshanteringsprocess p\u00e5:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dokumentera kunskapen (explicit och tyst)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dela med sig av kunskapen till andra teammedlemmar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi kommer att h\u00e5lla dessa tv\u00e5 steg i \u00e5tanke under n\u00e4sta del av artikeln. Tack vare dessa \"l\u00e4rdomar\" kan andra medarbetare kanske f\u00f6rst\u00e5 orsakerna till ett problem och undvika vissa misstag i framtiden. Betona f\u00f6r ditt team att den h\u00e4r processen inte handlar om att peka finger eller skryta. Det handlar om att l\u00e4ra av tidigare felsteg eller framg\u00e5ngar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ta en titt p\u00e5 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/about.gitlab.com\/2017\/02\/10\/postmortem-of-database-outage-of-january-31\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">denna postmortem-text<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> av Gitlab, skriven efter deras \u00f6k\u00e4nda incident med databasavbrott. Jag \u00e4r s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att hundratals utvecklare som har l\u00e4st det h\u00e4r inl\u00e4gget inte kommer att upprepa liknande misstag. D\u00e4rmed inte sagt att alla l\u00e4rdomar ska vara tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r allm\u00e4nheten: ibland \u00e4r det uteslutet p\u00e5 grund av sekretessavtal. Det \u00e4r dock n\u00e5got som du kan t\u00e4nka igenom, s\u00e4rskilt om externa anv\u00e4ndare har p\u00e5verkats av en viss h\u00e4ndelse.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Uppmuntra dina medarbetare att dela med sig av sina kunskaper<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Som n\u00e4mndes i f\u00f6rsta delen av den h\u00e4r texten m\u00e5ste du identifiera experter: personer som har mycket kunskap om en viss aspekt av din verksamhet. N\u00e4r de v\u00e4l har identifierats m\u00e5ste du uppmuntra dem att dela med sig av sin kunskap. Detta kan g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga olika s\u00e4tt - fr\u00e5n teamm\u00f6ten som \u00e4gnas \u00e5t ett visst \u00e4mne, via bloggar till mentorskapsprogram.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se till att du inte bara \u00e4r uppm\u00e4rksam p\u00e5 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tlu.ee\/~sirvir\/Information%20and%20Knowledge%20Management\/Key_Concepts_of_IKM\/tacit_and_explicit_knowledge.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explicit kunskap<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (redan kodifierad\/l\u00e4tt att formulera) men ocks\u00e5 till den tysta kunskapen. Den senare baseras p\u00e5 dina medarbetares know-how: deras unika insikter, intuition eller en f\u00e4rdighet som inte \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att uttrycka i ord. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 det estetiska sinnet, f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att komma med innovativa id\u00e9er eller...att cykla.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tyst kunskap \u00e4r ofta mycket v\u00e4rdefull, men den \u00e4r sv\u00e5r att dela med sig av. Fundera p\u00e5 hur du kan para ihop dina experter med andra teammedlemmar i en \"verklig\" milj\u00f6, som inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis beh\u00f6ver vara att de faktiskt arbetar i samma team. Att organisera ett hackathon kan till exempel vara ett bra tillf\u00e4lle f\u00f6r dina anst\u00e4llda att samarbeta med varandra. N\u00e4r de arbetar tillsammans kan de se en tyst insikt i aktion och l\u00e4ra sig av den.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prioritera kunskapshantering<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det finns en sak till som du m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att framg\u00e5ngsrikt kunna inf\u00f6ra knowledge management p\u00e5 ditt f\u00f6retag: <\/span><b>visa att detta \u00e4r en verklig prioritering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Det kan vara s\u00e5 att dina medarbetare inte dokumenterar kunskap helt enkelt f\u00f6r att de tycker att det \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre att fokusera p\u00e5 \"det faktiska arbetet\". Initiativ f\u00f6r kunskapsdelning kan ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4tt \u00f6verges n\u00e4r tiderna blir hektiska. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6retagsledarens uppgift att se till att medarbetarna inser v\u00e4rdet av att bevara viktiga insikter. Att dokumentera och dela med sig av sin expertis b\u00f6r vara en del av jobbet, inte en eftertanke.
