Det borde det! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bristande transparens kan \u00e5 andra sidan leda till misstro bland medarbetarna eller till och med bitterhet. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Project Management Institute's<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> rapporter visar g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng att bristf\u00e4llig eller d\u00e5lig kommunikation \u00e4r en viktig orsak till att projekt misslyckas. Det finns allts\u00e5 all anledning att tro att \u00e4rlighet och \u00f6ppen kommunikation \u00e4r oerh\u00f6rt viktigt f\u00f6r projektledare. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transparens \u00e4r visserligen inte en metod som passar alla, eftersom det skiljer sig fr\u00e5n kund till kund eller bransch till bransch. Kanske det, men kom ih\u00e5g att \"task visibility\" \u00e4r mer \u00e4n en lista \u00f6ver funktioner som ska g\u00f6ras. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst ska du f\u00f6rklara projektet f\u00f6r ditt team. B\u00e5de n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller den tekniska omfattningen och n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller aff\u00e4rssidan. Vad \u00e4r m\u00e5let med det h\u00e4r projektet? Vem kommer att dra nytta av det? Svaren p\u00e5 dessa fr\u00e5gor kan bespara dig en del felbed\u00f6mningar n\u00e4r du uppskattar uppgifter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 \"varf\u00f6r?\", inte bara \"vad?\", f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar ditt teams engagemang. Det \u00e4r ett bra s\u00e4tt att utveckla en k\u00e4nsla av \u00e4garskap. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kommunicera \u00f6ppet och f\u00f6rklara f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det \u00e4r en stor fr\u00e5ga. Och en sv\u00e5r s\u00e5dan p\u00e5 samma g\u00e5ng. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du vill vara transparent, men det finns saker som du inte ska dela med dig av. Och det kr\u00e4ver att du g\u00f6r dem medvetna om f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i projektet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ett sk\u00e4l till det f\u00f6rklarades redan i f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende avsnitt - du beh\u00f6ver m\u00e4nniskor som f\u00f6rst\u00e5r vad de arbetar med. Ett annat sk\u00e4l \u00e4r lika viktigt: h\u00e4r har du att g\u00f6ra med specialister och de vet vad de g\u00f6r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Om f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade krav inneb\u00e4r att nya funktioner m\u00e5ste utvecklas m\u00e5ste du se till att det planeras p\u00e5 det mest effektiva s\u00e4ttet. Som projektledare (eller teamledare) kan du samarbeta med dina kollegor f\u00f6r att organisera evenemang d\u00e4r teamen delar med sig av l\u00e4rdomar fr\u00e5n tidigare projekt. S\u00e5dana m\u00f6ten mellan olika team kommer inte bara att ge projektrelaterade insikter utan ocks\u00e5 vara ett bra tillf\u00e4lle att skapa teamk\u00e4nsla.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00d6ka synligheten med r\u00e4tt verktyg<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projekttransparens m\u00e5ste st\u00f6djas med verktyg som g\u00f6r det enklare att samarbeta och kommunicera. F\u00f6r team som arbetar i ett enda rum kan en whiteboard vara en bra start. Det g\u00f6r att du kan \u00f6ka medarbetarnas engagemang men ocks\u00e5 att du kan eliminera produktivitetsd\u00f6dare: fr\u00e5n otydliga krav till skvaller p\u00e5 kontoret.
