A nu limita num\u0103rul de zile de concediu pe care le iau angaja\u021bii pare a fi un salt substan\u021bial al credin\u021bei din partea angajatorului. Este relativ simplu dac\u0103 oferi\u021bi o singur\u0103 indemniza\u021bie de zile libere \u0219i devine din ce \u00een ce mai dificil atunci c\u00e2nd ave\u021bi categorii separate de timp liber sau o politic\u0103 de PTO acumulat.
