Statusoppdateringer er ofte oppsummeringer av hvem som gjorde hva, og hva som var resultatet av denne handlingen. Det er her ting kan bli litt uklart. Deltakerne p\u00e5 et Daily Scrum-m\u00f8te diskuterer tross alt ogs\u00e5 arbeidet som er gjort. Forskjellen er at det prim\u00e6re resultatet av daglige m\u00f8ter ikke b\u00f8r v\u00e6re en liste over ting som er gjort, men en felles visjon om hvordan Scrum-teamet kan jobbe de neste 24 timene for \u00e5 n\u00e5 sprintm\u00e5lene sine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disse forskjellene kan virke sm\u00e5, men det er en stor fordel \u00e5 ikke gj\u00f8re teamets daglige standups om til statusm\u00f8ter. Hold deg til Scrum-guiden: m\u00f8tene dine blir mer effektive. I tillegg vil teammedlemmene se verdien av det og delta aktivt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ideer for \u00e5 optimalisere teamets daglige scrum-m\u00f8ter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selv om hvert Scrum-m\u00f8te er styrt av noen regler, er det likevel mye fleksibilitet du og teamet ditt kan dra nytte av. Nedenfor har vi skissert noen tips for \u00e5 optimalisere teamets Daily Scrum-m\u00f8ter. Teamet ditt f\u00f8lger sannsynligvis formelen med tre sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l for sitt daglige Scrum-m\u00f8te (Hva gjorde jeg i g\u00e5r? Hva skal jeg gj\u00f8re i dag? Er det noen hindringer i veien?). Det er en p\u00e5litelig oppskrift for \u00e5 holde orden p\u00e5 ting. Du m\u00e5 bare s\u00f8rge for at folk ikke n\u00f8yer seg med \u00e5 svare p\u00e5 disse tre sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5lene. De m\u00e5 tross alt fortsatt ta stilling til om det er behov for justeringer i planen. Ellers er ikke dette Scrum-m\u00f8tet s\u00e5 forskjellig fra en statusoppdatering. Du vet godt n\u00e5 at dette ikke b\u00f8r v\u00e6re tilfelle.
