M\u00e5let er \u00e5 fullf\u00f8re prosjektet p\u00e5 en vellykket m\u00e5te: i tide og innenfor budsjettet. Det skal ikke mye til f\u00f8r dette overv\u00e5kingsansvaret blir til overdreven kontroll. Til slutt kan det f\u00f8re til h\u00f8y turnover i prosjektteamet eller konflikter mellom deg og teamet ditt. Det sier seg selv at<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/nb\/teamlykke\/hvordan-du-bygger-tillit-i-teamet-ditt\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bygge tillit<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">som er s\u00e5 viktig i prosjektsammenheng, er sv\u00e6rt vanskelig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kreativiteten og lidenskapen er begrenset. Teammedlemmene blir mer ubesluttsomme og passive: Det spiller tross alt ingen rolle hva de gj\u00f8r - lederen vil uansett finne noe \u00e5 rette p\u00e5. En leder som detaljstyrer, kan f\u00f8le at teamet l\u00e6rer av det, men i virkeligheten er det ingen som l\u00e6rer noe som helst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det er ikke en skalerbar prosjektledelsesstil. Du bruker enormt mye tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 redigere\/avslutte\/kontrollere oppgaver som andre sannsynligvis er perfekt rustet til \u00e5 fullf\u00f8re. Det er umulig \u00e5 b\u00e5de utf\u00f8re prosjektledelsesoppgavene dine og samtidig pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 forbedre alle andres oppgaver. Kanskje er de nye i teamet, og de forst\u00e5r ikke helt oppgavene sine eller kompleksiteten i prosjektet? Disse medarbeiderne kan ha nytte av at du aktivt overv\u00e5ker arbeidet deres i en periode.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Husk at for at det skal v\u00e6re noenlunde effektivt, b\u00f8r detaljstyring v\u00e6re en kortsiktig l\u00f8sning.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2><strong>Slik unng\u00e5r du detaljstyring i prosjektet ditt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideelt sett \u00f8nsker du ikke \u00e5 detaljstyre teamet ditt. Samtidig vil du som prosjektleder s\u00f8rge for at oppgavene blir gjort, og at prosjektet g\u00e5r i riktig retning. Etter v\u00e5r mening kan du oppn\u00e5 begge m\u00e5lene n\u00e5r du tar hensyn til to viktige elementer som kjennetegner forn\u00f8yde og produktive prosjektteam:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/nb\/teamlykke\/prosjektgjennomsiktighet\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prosjektgjennomsiktighet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> og synlighet for de ansatte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Team- og prosjektgjennomsiktighet <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kan eliminere behovet ditt for \u00e5 kontrollere teammedlemmene dine. Hvordan da? N\u00e5r du oppmuntrer til \u00e5pen kommunikasjon og s\u00f8rger for at medarbeiderne forst\u00e5r oppgavene sine, trenger du ikke \u00e5 overv\u00e5ke dem s\u00e5 n\u00f8ye. Hvis det oppst\u00e5r problemer, vil de fortelle deg om dem, og dere kan l\u00f8se dem sammen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det kan imidlertid v\u00e6re at medarbeiderne dine ikke engang ser at det er behov for \u00e5 iverksette korrigerende tiltak. Det kan for eksempel v\u00e6re at de jobber med oppgavene sine uten \u00e5 innse at den faktiske tiden de bruker p\u00e5 oppgavene, avviker mer og mer fra det de har estimert. Dette er noe som er vanskelig \u00e5 f\u00e5 \u00f8ye p\u00e5 i det daglige arbeidet, men som er lett \u00e5 oppdage n\u00e5r man ser p\u00e5 det store bildet. Derfor er det en fordel \u00e5 ha <\/span><b>synlighet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i teamets arbeidsmengde, timelister og tilgjengelighet. Hvordan kan man oppn\u00e5 dette uten \u00e5 kreve hyppige statusrapporter? Et svar kan v\u00e6re \u00e5 innf\u00f8re <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/nb\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">programvare for ressursforvaltning<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i organisasjonen din.
