Jeg snakker om \u00e5 ansette nye medarbeidere i et prosjektteam. Enten det dreier seg om nyansatte eller eksisterende medarbeidere, krever det spesiell oppmerksomhet \u00e5 bli med i et nytt prosjekt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oppgaven til <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insperity.com\/blog\/employee-onboarding-vs-orientation-need\/\">onboarding av nye teammedlemmer<\/a> er vanligvis prosjektledernes ansvar. Slik unng\u00e5r du ubehagelige \"hva skal du gj\u00f8re her?\"-samtaler. Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en god id\u00e9 \u00e5 informere kunden om at det kommer en ekstra person inn i teamet. Det er tross alt ogs\u00e5 i deres virksomhets interesse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e5r du forbereder deg p\u00e5 \u00e5 ta inn nye medarbeidere i prosjektteamet, b\u00f8r du ogs\u00e5 tenke p\u00e5 arbeidsstasjonene deres. Enten dere jobber p\u00e5 kontoret eller eksternt, b\u00f8r dere s\u00f8rge for at alle har alt n\u00f8dvendig utstyr og tilgang til programvaren. Samtidig b\u00f8r teamet og de eksterne interessentene bli introdusert for det nye gruppemedlemmet og deres rolle i prosjektet. For \u00e5 bryte isen kan dere arrangere en felles lunsj eller spille et spill. Det er ingen unnskyldning \u00e5 v\u00e6re et distribuert team. Det finnes mange teambuilding-aktiviteter for eksterne team ogs\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Introduksjonsfasen er ogs\u00e5 det tidspunktet du kan presentere organisasjonskulturen og den vanlige arbeidsflyten i teamet ditt. Hvis du jobber som IT-prosjektleder, er sjansen stor for at du f\u00f8lger en av de mest popul\u00e6re metodene. Selv om den du ansetter kanskje er kjent med <a href=\"https:\/\/tms-outsource.com\/blog\/posts\/scrum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">det grunnleggende i Scrum<\/a> eller Kanban, har teamene en tendens til \u00e5 sette sitt eget preg p\u00e5 prosessen. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5ten kan du l\u00f8se eventuelle utfordringer raskere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et annet aspekt ved teamets arbeidsflyt som du m\u00e5 ta opp under onboardingen, handler om verkt\u00f8yene dere bruker. Selv om den nyansatte er kjent med en gitt programvare, m\u00e5 du s\u00f8rge for at vedkommende forst\u00e5r teamets spesifikke arbeidsflyt.
