Det kan dreie seg om antall ansatte, forventet kompetanse eller kontorutstyr. Innen HR betyr prognoser:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-color=\"var(--green-10)\">vurdere antall ansatte og beregne hvilke ferdigheter, utstyr og ressurser som trengs for \u00e5 dekke de ansattes behov og n\u00e5 virksomhetens m\u00e5l.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(rovva.com)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-color=\"var(--green-10)\">H\u00f8res dette kjent ut n\u00e5r vi sammenligner med definisjoner av ressursplanlegging eller til og med ressursstyring?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"var(--green-10)\">For \u00e5 oppsummere dette kapittelet kan vi si at personalprognoser er en prosess som g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 \u00e5 forutsi hvem som b\u00f8r ansettes - basert p\u00e5 data, bedriftens behov og dagens ansatte og deres engasjement og produktivitetsindikatorer. Ansatt i form av mestring og arbeidsstyrke. Personalprognoser er rettet mot \u00e5 m\u00f8te kravene til fremtidige prosjekter. Ved \u00e5 analysere data fra de siste m\u00e5nedene og \u00e5rene kan man oppdage trender i dataene og komme med mer n\u00f8yaktige sp\u00e5dommer. For eksempel viste det seg at det var st\u00f8rre ettersp\u00f8rsel etter visse ferdigheter i bestemte m\u00e5neder. N\u00e5 som teamet er i stand til \u00e5 forutse et kommende rekrutteringsbehov, kan prosessen planlegges p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvis du ikke har nok data til \u00e5 analysere tidligere \u00e5r, kan det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re nyttig \u00e5 se p\u00e5 den siste historikken.
