Oggi sono molto pi\u00f9 diffusi i timesheet online, anche se anche in questo caso esistono diverse opzioni: dai semplici fogli di calcolo agli strumenti software dotati di intelligenza artificiale. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come ho accennato all'inizio di questo articolo, i timesheet sono noti per essere piuttosto impopolari tra i dipendenti. Approfondiamo l'argomento e cerchiamo di rispondere a una domanda che viene sollevata di frequente:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid redl-row-section padding-default bgv-default bgh-default halign-default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container text-left vc_col-sm-12 padding-default bgv-default bgh-default halign-default\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>I fogli di presenza sono il male?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non necessariamente, ma ci sono sicuramente casi in cui <strong>I timesheet sono un'assoluta perdita di tempo che pu\u00f2 contribuire notevolmente all'insoddisfazione delle persone nei confronti del proprio posto di lavoro.<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hubP75IoX20\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Storicamente, i timesheet sono stati un modo per dimostrare che le persone hanno effettivamente svolto il loro lavoro. \u00c8 qui che le cose diventano problematiche. Innanzitutto, \u00e8 facile che si crei una cultura in cui le persone sentono che i loro fogli di presenza sono pi\u00f9 importanti degli effetti del loro lavoro. Non \u00e8 una bella sensazione dover dimostrare di aver lavorato o di essere osservati (e cronometrati) da vicino dai propri supervisori.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inoltre, questo non incentiva le persone a essere pi\u00f9 efficienti sul lavoro. Perch\u00e9 cercare una soluzione migliore se si pu\u00f2 semplicemente registrare pi\u00f9 tempo nel timesheet (e magari essere pagati di pi\u00f9)?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10483 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.teamdeck.io\/uploads\/website\/2022\/05\/09115329\/timesheets_2_multiple.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1620\" height=\"877\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questo non significa che pagare a ore sia necessariamente negativo, anche nel contesto di un progetto. Anche se in questo testo non approfondiamo l'uso dei timesheet per determinare i propri guadagni mensili, comprendiamo che si tratta di un caso d'uso importante per le aziende che, ad esempio, lavorano con i freelance.
