Eller m\u00e5ske viste en af opgaverne sig at v\u00e6re meget sv\u00e6rere end forventet? Indr\u00f8mmet, et par ekstra timer burde ikke v\u00e6re en stor ting i det store billede, men forestil dig, at denne situation varer i uger eller m\u00e5neder. Hvis du ikke bruger tidsregistrering og overv\u00e5ger din ressourcestyringssoftware, opdager du m\u00e5ske ikke, at projektet ikke er p\u00e5 rette spor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Dit projektstyringsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j giver ikke mulighed for <a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/projektledelse\/ressourceplanlaegning-i-projektledelse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ressourceplanl\u00e6gning<\/a>.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De fleste virksomheder bruger en eller anden form for projektstyringsapp. Det kan v\u00e6re en simpel Kanban-tavle eller en omfattende l\u00f8sning med ressourceplanl\u00e6gningsfunktioner. Vi har allerede n\u00e6vnt ressourceallokering som en stor udfordring for projektledere. Endnu et problem er, at mange virksomheder arbejder p\u00e5 flere projekter p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang. Uden et ressourceplanl\u00e6gningsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j kan man nemt komme til at dobbeltbooke folk eller for\u00e5rsage<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/projektledelse\/konflikter-i-projektplanlaegningen\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Konflikter i projektplanl\u00e6gningen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
