Men for det meste f\u00e5r en s\u00e5dan situation aldrig tingene til at g\u00e5 bedre eller lettere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-color=\"var(--green-10)\">I et projektledelsesmilj\u00f8 opst\u00e5r der generelt planl\u00e6gningskonflikter, n\u00e5r et teammedlem eller en medarbejder f\u00e5r tildelt mere end to opgaver eller dobbelte vagter p\u00e5 samme tid. En s\u00e5dan situation er kilden til to ting, og hver af dem har sine egne udfordringer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-color=\"var(--green-10)\">Mange unders\u00f8gelser af problemer med at sige sit job op viser, at blandt top 5 er alle \u00e5rsagerne altid et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om planl\u00e6gning eller - med andre ord - fleksibilitet. Tag f.eks. den nuv\u00e6rende situation.
