Du bruger enormt meget tid p\u00e5 at redigere\/afslutte\/kontrollere opgaver, som andre sikkert er perfekt rustet til at udf\u00f8re. Det er umuligt b\u00e5de at udf\u00f8re dine projektledelsesopgaver og fors\u00f8ge at forbedre alle andres opgaver p\u00e5 samme tid. Med tiden kan dine medarbejdere blive afh\u00e6ngige af dig, hvilket yderligere vil bremse fremdriften i det arbejde, I skal levere sammen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hvorn\u00e5r er mikromanagement OK?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mikrostyring af dit teammedlem kan v\u00e6re en succesfuld tilgang, men kun i en h\u00e5ndfuld tilf\u00e6lde:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A<\/span><b> krise <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(en reel krise i hele projektet, ikke en erkendelse midt p\u00e5 dagen af, at \"tingene g\u00e5r for langsomt\").<\/span><b>\u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e5r det ser ud til, at dit projekts tidsplan er i fare p\u00e5 grund af pludselige \u00e6ndringer i prioriteterne eller mangel p\u00e5 ressourcer, kan du f\u00e5 brug for at hj\u00e6lpe dit team med planl\u00e6gning og udf\u00f8relse af opgaver.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et behov for hurtigt at <\/span><b>f\u00e5 teammedlemmerne op i fart.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Af og til ser du m\u00e5ske, at nogle i dit team har brug for et ekstra skub. Hvordan? N\u00e5r du opfordrer til \u00e5ben kommunikation og s\u00f8rger for, at folk forst\u00e5r deres opgaver, beh\u00f8ver du ikke at overv\u00e5ge dem s\u00e5 n\u00f8je. Hvis der opst\u00e5r problemer, vil de fort\u00e6lle dig om dem, og s\u00e5 kan I l\u00f8se dem sammen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Men det kan v\u00e6re, at dine medarbejdere slet ikke kan se, at der er behov for at foretage nogle korrigerende handlinger. For eksempel arbejder de m\u00e5ske p\u00e5 deres opgaver uden at indse, at den faktiske tid, de bruger p\u00e5 opgaverne, bliver mere og mere forskellig fra deres estimater. Det er noget, der er sv\u00e6rt at f\u00e5 \u00f8je p\u00e5 i det daglige arbejde, men som er let at genkende, n\u00e5r man ser p\u00e5 det store billede.
