Prioritering af opgaver er uundg\u00e5elig, men du kan enten g\u00f8re det med succes eller risikere at skabe forsinkelser eller ressourcekonflikter.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hvad betyder det at prioritere opgaver?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>Kender du udtrykket \"det vigtigste f\u00f8rst\"?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tro det eller ej, men det forklarer processen med at prioritere p\u00e5 en god m\u00e5de.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du er n\u00f8dt til at identificere de \"f\u00f8rste\" ting: de vigtigste opgaver, de mest presserende aktiviteter osv. og s\u00e5 gennemf\u00f8re dem som det f\u00f8rste.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det eneste, du skal g\u00f8re, er at finde ud af, hvilken opgave der er den vigtigste. Det kan f\u00f8les som om, det er lettere sagt end gjort. Men i virkeligheden kan du bruge de teknikker, der er beskrevet nedenfor, og tr\u00e6ffe det valg med selvtillid.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>F\u00f8r du begynder at prioritere opgaverne...<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">...s\u00f8rg for, at du har fuldt overblik over, hvad der rent faktisk skal g\u00f8res for at levere et givet projekt. Det er vigtigt at definere og kontrollere projektets omfang, s\u00e5 meget, at vi endda har dedikeret et helt blogindl\u00e6g til <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/projektledelse\/effektiv-styring-af-projektets-omfang\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">styring af projektets omfang<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e5r du har indsamlet projektkrav og godkendt omfanget med forskellige interessenter, kan du skrive alle de opgaver ned, der skal udf\u00f8res. Saml dem i et dokument eller i din <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/vaerktojskasse\/10-free-project-planning-tools\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til projektplanl\u00e6gning<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Disse oplysninger vil v\u00e6re nyttige, n\u00e5r du begynder at arbejde med projektplanen og r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lgen af opgaverne.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hvordan prioriterer man opgaver? De mest popul\u00e6re strategier til at prioritere<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det kan v\u00e6re nemt at skelne en h\u00f8jt prioriteret opgave fra en, der n\u00e6sten ikke er vigtig. Men det kan vise sig at v\u00e6re langt mere udfordrende at rangordne opgaver med samme prioritetsniveau. Men du er n\u00f8dt til at foresl\u00e5 en bestemt r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge, hvis du vil have projektopgaverne udf\u00f8rt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heldigvis er der flere teknikker, der g\u00f8r det muligt for dig at prioritere dit arbejde som projektleder. Gruppe 3 kan typisk uddelegeres, og gruppe 4 best\u00e5r af opgaver, som du nemt kan fjerne fra din to-do-liste.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det ser lidt anderledes ud i projektindstillingerne, hvor du ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis har mulighed for at uddelegere eller fjerne arbejdsopgaver. Men bare det at vide, at en given opgave ikke er kritisk vigtig, kan hj\u00e6lpe dig med at finde en plads til den i dit projektteams tidsplan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>MoSCoW-metoden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denne metode kr\u00e6ver igen, at du grupperer dine potentielle opgaver. Du skal bruge kategorier, der er relateret til, hvor uundv\u00e6rlig en bestemt opgave er i projektet:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must-have<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Burde have<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kunne have<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vil ikke have<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det er en nyttig teknik til at prioritere opgaver, men den kan v\u00e6re endnu mere gavnlig som en del af scope management-processen. Du kan bede interessenterne om at m\u00e6rke projektkravene i henhold til disse fire grupper. S\u00e5 kan du se, hvor de prioriterer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vurder den potentielle v\u00e6rdi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alle, der nogensinde har arbejdet med projektledelse, kender sikkert til Pareto-princippet. If\u00f8lge det stammer 80% af effekterne fra 20% af \u00e5rsagerne. Med andre ord kan 20% opgaver give 80% projektfordele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvad er dit m\u00e5l? At identificere den 20% af opgaver. For at g\u00f8re det kan du pr\u00f8ve at forestille dig, hvilken v\u00e6rdi der kan skabes ved at udf\u00f8re hver enkelt opgave. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de b\u00f8r du kunne skelne mellem kernearbejdet og de sm\u00e5 detaljer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hvad hvis de ikke bliver gjort?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kan ogs\u00e5 pr\u00f8ve en modsatrettet tilgang til at vurdere den v\u00e6rdi, der kan opn\u00e5s: T\u00e6nk p\u00e5, hvad der vil ske, hvis dit team ikke leverer en bestemt opgave.  Det meste af tiden vil du v\u00e6re i stand til at f\u00e5 \u00f8je p\u00e5 ting, der simpelthen skal g\u00f8res, ellers bliver projektet ikke en succes. Det er dine h\u00f8jprioriterede opgaver.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Reflekter over, hvordan du har det med disse opgaver<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e5r du prioriterer projektopgaver, s\u00e5 pr\u00f8v at v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, hvordan du personligt har det med dem. Du kan v\u00e6re fristet til at give noget lav prioritet, fordi du simpelthen ikke gl\u00e6der dig til at arbejde med det. Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re, at dit team udskyder opgaver, som er vigtige, men ikke s\u00e6rlig sp\u00e6ndende. Som projektleder skal du tage hensyn til deres f\u00f8lelser og forventninger, men ogs\u00e5 vurdere opgaverne objektivt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Glem ikke afh\u00e6ngigheder og begr\u00e6nsninger<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uanset hvilken af disse teknikker du v\u00e6lger at f\u00f8lge, skal du v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 opgaver, der har andre afh\u00e6ngigheder. Du har m\u00e5ske opgaver, der er ved at v\u00e6re f\u00e6rdige, og som andre ting afh\u00e6nger af. Priorit\u00e9r dem i overensstemmelse hermed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det samme g\u00e6lder for projektbegr\u00e6nsninger (f.eks. mangel p\u00e5 ressourcer). Hvis du forventer, at nogle af dine opgaver vil blive p\u00e5virket af disse begr\u00e6nsninger et stykke nede ad projektets tidslinje, kan det v\u00e6re en god id\u00e9 at planl\u00e6gge dem til et tidspunkt, hvor det er mere sandsynligt, at de bliver udf\u00f8rt (f.eks. nu).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Prioriter som en gruppe<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit team kan v\u00e6re til stor hj\u00e6lp, n\u00e5r du skal prioritere forskellige projektopgaver. Du kan tjekke det ud <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/team-playbook\/plays\/prioritize-tasks-how-to\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">her<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prioritering af projektopgaver: omfavn forandringen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forandringer er uundg\u00e5elige i projektledelse.  Det g\u00e6lder ogs\u00e5 for prioriteringer - de kan ogs\u00e5 \u00e6ndre sig. Det er en god id\u00e9 at revidere din prioriterede liste over arbejdsopgaver regelm\u00e6ssigt og vurdere, om r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lgen stadig er passende. Husk at kommunikere med dit team, n\u00e5r noget \u00e6ndrer sig: De skal vide, at der er sket et skift i prioriteterne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ting mere: Selvom du b\u00f8r v\u00e6re forberedt p\u00e5 \u00e6ndringer, betyder det ikke, at du bare skal acceptere dem uden at stille sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. Det er dit job at unders\u00f8ge \u00e5rsagerne til alle st\u00f8rre projekt\u00e6ndringer. Men hvorfor? For det f\u00f8rste skal du altid v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 de aktuelle forretningsm\u00e5l. For det andet kan \u00e6ndrede prioriteter v\u00e6re et advarselstegn p\u00e5 scope creep (en uventet\/ukontrolabel v\u00e6kst i projektets omfang).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der har du det: en liste over teknikker, som du kan bruge til at prioritere projektopgaver. Hvad skal du g\u00f8re, n\u00e5r du er f\u00e6rdig med at prioritere?
