Det er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis et tegn p\u00e5, at man er ligeglad med sine medarbejdere. I mange lande er en vis m\u00e6ngde betalt fritid trods alt garanteret ved lov. I en nylig rangordning af foretrukne goder kom PTO ind p\u00e5 en andenplads lige efter sundhedsd\u00e6kning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lykke p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen b\u00f8r v\u00e6re en prioritet for enhver leder, der \u00f8nsker at lede et sundt og produktivt team. En politik for betalt frihed er dog ogs\u00e5 gavnlig for virksomheden selv. Det hj\u00e6lper med at forhindre uplanlagt frav\u00e6r og opretholder arbejdspladsen og <a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/team-glaede\/projektets-gennemsigtighed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Projektets gennemsigtighed<\/a>. Med det i tankerne skal du beslutte, hvilken form for PTO-politik du vil indf\u00f8re i din organisation. Lad os starte med at forklare selve begrebet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hvad er en PTO-politik?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PTO-politikken (eller blot PTO) beskriver reglerne for, hvordan medarbejderne kan bruge en bestemt m\u00e6ngde fritid. Der findes forskellige typer af PTO-strategier. Nogle virksomheder v\u00e6lger at tilbyde et fast antal betalte timer pr. \u00e5r\/m\u00e5ned, som kan bruges til alle form\u00e5l. Andre virksomheder samler disse timer i kategorier: ferie, sygdom, personlig frihed osv.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der er ogs\u00e5 den s\u00e5kaldte PTO Accrued, som betyder, at medarbejderne, efterh\u00e5nden som tiden g\u00e5r, f\u00e5r ret til mere frihed (i mods\u00e6tning til at f\u00e5 hele till\u00e6gget, f.eks. i begyndelsen af \u00e5ret). En anden type afspadseringspolitik er at tilbyde ubegr\u00e6nset PTO. En af fordelene ved denne tilgang er, at virksomheder kan forudsige antallet af frav\u00e6r og dermed bedre <a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/projektledelse\/ressourceallokering-for-projektledere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tildele ressourcer<\/a> og planl\u00e6gge rekrutteringsindsatsen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ulempen ved en fast PTO-politik er, at medarbejderne m\u00e5ske ikke er glade for, at fritiden er inddelt i faste kategorier. De vil f.eks. hellere bruge flere dage til ferieform\u00e5l i stedet for at have dem gemt som potentielle sygedage, som de ikke ender med at bruge.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Endnu en ulempe ved fast PTO plejede at v\u00e6re, at det var ret besv\u00e6rligt at spore frav\u00e6r inden for forskellige kategorier. Det er der heldigvis r\u00e5d for, <a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/projektledelse\/de-bedste-vaerktojer-til-ressourcestyring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer til ressourcestyring<\/a> har l\u00f8st denne udfordring ved at tilbyde automatiserede frav\u00e6rstrackere. For det f\u00f8rste har du systemet med \"ubegr\u00e6nsede feriedage\", hvor medarbejderne er berettiget til s\u00e5 mange fridage om \u00e5ret, som de har brug for. S\u00e5 har du ogs\u00e5 PTO-strategier, hvor antallet af betalte frav\u00e6rsdage er fast, men medarbejderne kan bruge dem op af en eller anden grund (opsparet PTO).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PTO-banker<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denne tilgang er til gavn for medarbejdere, der nyder den ekstra frihed, men det er ogs\u00e5 en fordel for virksomheder, der stadig er i stand til at forudsige frav\u00e6r (det maksimale antal betalte fridage er angivet i politikken). Fridagsgodtg\u00f8relsen kan v\u00e6re tilg\u00e6ngelig i alt fra \u00e5rets begyndelse, optjenes hver m\u00e5ned eller endda beregnes l\u00f8bende baseret p\u00e5 antallet af arbejdstimer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et andet aspekt ved udformningen af PTO-planer, som du skal overveje, er, hvad der sker med ubrugte dage fra godtg\u00f8relsen. Bliver de overf\u00f8rt til n\u00e6ste \u00e5r? Har du planer om at refundere medarbejderne for den resterende ferietid? S\u00f8rg for at tage <a href=\"https:\/\/legislate.ai\/blog\/an-introduction-to-statutory-leave-and-time-off\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">juridiske bestemmelser<\/a> afh\u00e6ngigt af, hvor du arbejder, kan udbetalingen v\u00e6re obligatorisk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/3oKHWtXlzTHeuVewtq\/giphy.gif\" alt=\"PTO-anmodninger og PTO-saldo er en fors\u00f8mt del af ledelsen i en mindre virksomhed\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ubegr\u00e6nset PTO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ubegr\u00e6nset PTO er et af de mest omtalte personalegoder i de senere \u00e5r. Ikke at begr\u00e6nse antallet af feriedage, som medarbejderne tager, synes at v\u00e6re et stort spring i troen fra arbejdsgiverens side. Men p\u00e5 den anden side kan det vise sig, at medarbejderne ender med at tage f\u00e6rre feriedage med ubegr\u00e6nset PTO.  Desuden kan nogle teammedlemmer se det som et reklamestunt eller en rekrutteringstaktik. Hvordan forhindrer man det?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En politik med ubegr\u00e6nset betalt ferie kr\u00e6ver mindst lige s\u00e5 meget planl\u00e6gning og intern kommunikation som politikker med tilsyneladende langt flere regler. Dine medarbejdere skal vide, hvad de kan forvente: Hvad er minimumsbel\u00f8bet for \u00e5rlig frihed? Hvor tidligt skal de informere deres ledere om et planlagt frav\u00e6r? Hvad er reglerne, n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder sygefrav\u00e6r og fridage?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selv om denne politik handler om at give dit team mulighed for at v\u00e6lge, hvorn\u00e5r de tager deres PTO, er du stadig ansvarlig for at give dem nogle retningslinjer. Ellers kan de blive skeptiske over for de nye regler. Men hvis du har succes med at indf\u00f8re den nye ubegr\u00e6nsede PTO-politik, vil du sandsynligvis \u00f8ge medarbejdernes engagement, styrke deres forpligtelse og opbygge tillid mellem dig og dit team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/oYBV9QmyjgwRO4xrHR\/giphy.gif\" alt=\"PTO-sporingssoftware skal have orlovsanmodninger, detaljerede rapporter og \u00f8jeblikkelige advarselsfunktioner\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Er en oversigt over medarbejdernes fridage god nok?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uanset om du v\u00e6lger en fast eller fleksibel PTO-politik, vil du sandsynligvis lede efter en effektiv <a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/hr\/effektiv-fravaersregistrering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registrering af frav\u00e6r<\/a> proces. Det er relativt enkelt, hvis du tilbyder et enkelt antal fridage, og det bliver mere og mere vanskeligt, n\u00e5r du har separate kategorier af fridage eller en politik for optjent PTO.
