Samtidig skal dit team og de eksterne interessenter introduceres til det nye medlem af gruppen og deres rolle i projektet. For at bryde isen kan du arrangere en f\u00e6lles frokost eller spille et spil. At v\u00e6re et distribueret team er ikke en undskyldning her. Der er ogs\u00e5 masser af teambuilding-aktiviteter for fjernteams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Introduktionsfasen er ogs\u00e5 det tidspunkt, hvor du kan pr\u00e6sentere dit teams organisationskultur og jeres s\u00e6dvanlige arbejdsgang. Hvis du arbejder som IT-projektleder, er der gode chancer for, at du f\u00f8lger en af de mest popul\u00e6re metoder. Selv om din medarbejder m\u00e5ske er bekendt med <a href=\"https:\/\/tms-outsource.com\/blog\/posts\/scrum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">det grundl\u00e6ggende i Scrum<\/a> eller Kanban, har teams en tendens til at tilf\u00f8je deres individuelle flair til processen. For at reducere stress og undg\u00e5 misforst\u00e5elser skal du s\u00e6tte klare m\u00e5l og regelm\u00e6ssigt tjekke ind med din nye medarbejder. Selv om din nye medarbejder er fortrolig med en given software, skal du igen s\u00f8rge for, at vedkommende forst\u00e5r dit teams s\u00e6rlige arbejdsgang.
