Det er en fordel for projektledere at identificere og stoppe rolleskred eller at forhindre det i f\u00f8rste omgang.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For bedre at kunne forst\u00e5 selve f\u00e6nomenet skal vi se p\u00e5 nogle almindelige \u00e5rsager til job creep.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoved\u00e5rsager til rolleskred i projektledelse<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00f8glefaktoren bag projektlederes jobflugt er karakteren af deres profession. Hvis der ikke er nogen til at udf\u00f8re en opgave, ender det ofte med, at PM'en g\u00f8r det.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projektledere kan f\u00f8le trang til at springe til og hj\u00e6lpe med produktionsopgaver. De er under pres, fordi de skal kommunikere projektets resultater til interessenterne. Aleksandar Olic udtrykte det p\u00e6nt, da han <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/activecollab.com\/blog\/project-management\/what-is-project-managers-actual-job\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Han skrev<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det kan f\u00f8re til identitetskrise. Selv hvis du allerede m\u00e6rker konsekvenserne, kan du stadig tr\u00e6ffe nogle afhj\u00e6lpende foranstaltninger.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den grundl\u00e6ggende handling er at s\u00f8rge for, at alle er enige om din rolle i projektet. Med alle mener vi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medlemmer af teamet,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klienter,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interne interessenter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvis du beskriver dit ansvar og endda giver eksempler p\u00e5 ting, der ligger uden for din rolle, hj\u00e6lper det dig med at s\u00e6tte forventninger til din pr\u00e6station. Projektstyring og <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teamdeck.io\/da\/projektledelse\/de-bedste-vaerktojer-til-ressourcestyring\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til ressourcestyring<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vil hj\u00e6lpe dig med at planl\u00e6gge arbejdet effektivt, men ogs\u00e5 med at matche opgaver med folk, der har de mest passende f\u00e6rdigheder.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apropos evner og kompetencer: Som projektleder kan du f\u00f8le dig perfekt egnet til at g\u00f8re noget (f.eks. designe en webformular) p\u00e5 grund af dine tidligere erhvervserfaringer eller personlige interesser. Og i sj\u00e6ldne tilf\u00e6lde kan PM'er samtidig v\u00e6re ansvarlige for nogle aspekter af produktionen. Hvis din rolle ikke er hybrid, skal du dog holde dig til dine PM-pligter af hensyn til projektets succes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det betyder ikke, at dit design eller din kode er af d\u00e5rlig kvalitet. Det er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis tilf\u00e6ldet. Men n\u00e5r du bruger kr\u00e6fter p\u00e5 \"ekstracurricul\u00e6re\" opgaver, har du mindre tid til at udf\u00f8re dine kerneopgaver.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det sidste r\u00e5d vil is\u00e6r v\u00e6re nyttigt for projektledere, som lige er begyndt at arbejde i branchen.
