De taber mange penge p\u00e5 d\u00e5rlig videndeling, informationssiloer eller p\u00e5 at beg\u00e5 den samme fejl mange gange. Sidstn\u00e6vnte er baseret p\u00e5 dine medarbejderes knowhow: deres unikke indsigt, intuition eller en f\u00e6rdighed, som ikke er let at s\u00e6tte ord p\u00e5. T\u00e6nk p\u00e5 ens \u00e6stetiske sans, evnen til at komme med innovative ideer eller ... at cykle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stiltiende viden er som regel meget v\u00e6rdifuld, men den er sv\u00e6r at dele. T\u00e6nk over, hvordan du kan s\u00e6tte dine eksperter sammen med andre teammedlemmer i en \"virkelig\" sammenh\u00e6ng, som ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis beh\u00f8ver at v\u00e6re i det samme team. At arrangere et hackathon kan f.eks. v\u00e6re en god mulighed for dine medarbejdere til at samarbejde med hinanden. Mens de arbejder sammen, kan de se en stiltiende indsigt i aktion og l\u00e6re af den.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Priorit\u00e9r vidensh\u00e5ndtering<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der er endnu en ting, du skal g\u00f8re for at f\u00e5 succes med at indf\u00f8re knowledge management i din virksomhed: <\/span><b>Vis, at dette er en sand prioritet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
