Jeg tror ikke, at det sidste er sandt. Og selv om PM'er ofte k\u00e6mper med lange arbejdstider og en overfyldt indbakke, er der m\u00e5der at mindske den byrde p\u00e5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00f8r vi g\u00e5r i gang med nogle tips til projektledere, skal vi f\u00f8rst pr\u00f8ve at finde ud af, hvad \"balance mellem arbejdsliv og privatliv\" egentlig betyder. Jeg er sikker p\u00e5, at du forst\u00e5r billedet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I denne artikel vil jeg give en liste med tips til balance mellem arbejdsliv og privatliv for projektledere, der \u00f8nsker at \u00e6ndre deres standardstatus fra \"travl\" til \"effektiv\". Automatiser det! En stor del af projektlederens arbejdsbyrde handler om opgaver, der gentager sig selv. Det betyder ikke, at de er mindre vigtige, tv\u00e6rtimod! Desv\u00e6rre kan de ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re tidskr\u00e6vende. Analys\u00e9r dine daglige, ugentlige og m\u00e5nedlige opgaver, og t\u00e6nk over, hvordan de kan automatiseres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvad mener jeg med at automatisere ting? At oprette en skabelon eller en tjekliste-lignende procedure kan v\u00e6re en god start. Hvis du vil oprette fulde arbejdsgange, kan du bruge <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zapier<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> eller <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IFTTT<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (kr\u00e6ver ingen viden om programmering!). Selv sm\u00e5 tidsbesparelser vil mindske din travlhed (og forbedre din effektivitet). Smart brug af onlinev\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer vil spare dig for en masse tid og forbedre projektets gennemsigtighed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beskyt din tid<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bestem din tilg\u00e6ngelighed\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projektledere synes at have en tendens til at v\u00e6re de f\u00f8rste p\u00e5 kontoret og de sidste, der g\u00e5r. En af grundene til det er, at de leder efter muligheder for at f\u00e5 udf\u00f8rt noget faktisk arbejde (se n\u00e6ste afsnit). Det er rigtigt, at det kr\u00e6ver en god portion kommunikation at v\u00e6re projektleder, men der er ingen grund til at v\u00e6re teamets Siri og altid v\u00e6re klar til at svare p\u00e5 \"et hurtigt sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l\". Kontekstskift vil \u00f8del\u00e6gge din koncentration. Hvis du overhovedet vil begynde at t\u00e6nke p\u00e5 balance mellem arbejdsliv og privatliv, skal du glemme alt om <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alt, altid, konstant<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Det er ikke en god arbejdsmoral og bestemt ikke et godt eksempel for dit team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Endelig kan du ikke v\u00e6re et ja-menneske, selv om du gerne vil g\u00f8re din kunde glad.
